AZAR, the newly established DJ and producer from Montreal, Canada where BOTNEK, Paris & Simo, Domeno and Adventure Club grew up, AZAR is one of the next acts to emerge from the new generation of house artists to break through. He started to have a interest in music since his very early years. At the age of 4, Jean-Pierre Azar (in real life) started to take some piano classes with the help of his dad and other piano teachers in the West Island of Montreal at Beaconsfield and Île Perrot. Gathering a huge success in piano, he made several piano covers and performances around Montreal. Playing from small restaurants to schools, he builded up his popularity in this domain. In 2007, he posted two Youtube Videos that got a huge sucess. In 2008, he made his first contacts with electronic dance music when he bought a CD of Axel F called Crazy Frog. This CD made him start thinking of a eventual transition to a more DJing producing approach. He even started that year to make his own private compilations of the best pop hits. In mid 2010, he discovered a artist called David Guetta that was his first inspiration to pursue a DJ/Producer career. In the same year, he decided to put aside his acoustical side and start something new. In 2012, after seeing at the start of his first high school year a DJ performing, he had the opportunity to perform for his high school a huge DJ set that caught the attention of the crowd. After this gig, AZAR continued to perform for his high school for the next 2 years. At the same time, in 2013, AZAR made his very first mashups. His first mashups went over 1000 downloads and even one almost got 10k downloads so far. In the same year, he got the opportunity to perform for several other places varying for 50 to 100 peoples. In 2015, AZAR officially started to be a producer and he is currently producing his own tracks, remixes and mashups. So... world... are you ready for some more music??
