I am a committed and experienced, client-facing digital Project Manager. I have managed both Agile and waterfall projects, usually many projects running parallel. I work closely with developers, designers, UX and research professionals, stakeholders, account teams and leadership. I have worked on the agency side, client side and most recently took on a contract in the public sector as Research Operations Manager. I also have UX experience and enjoy taking part in the web usability / UX / user testing aspect of projects. While keeping the main focus on the projects, I manage my teams, stakeholders and everyone else involved with respect and mentorship, attention to detail and a sense of humour.
