Rukshan Thahir, better known as 'RUKY' behind the decks is an Dirty Dutch & Electro House DJ/Producer. He was born in 1990 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. His career as a DJ/Producer started at young age of just 16, where he used to edit and remix tracks for talent shows at school for his friends. But RUKY took DJing as a serious career in 2008 when he was trained and guided by The DJ Academy of Sri Lanka. In 2011,He made his first club appearance as a well-trained Certified DJ. Since then, his talent and his unique personality have helped him to play club events, beach events and other private events in more than one city in Sri Lanka. RUKY is also popular known as 'The Dutch Boy' in Sri Lanka, for his 'Dirty Dutch' tracks that he plays and he is now considered as one of the best Electronic Dance Music djs in Sri Lanka who plays exclusive mashups,edits and Electro/Progressive House tracks. At this moment, he's just 22 years old and his career is growing really fast and presently, he is working on producing new sounds, creating his own tracks and remixes, collaborating with other well-known DJ's & Producers and also working on playing few international gigs later this year.
