September 1st this year, Eric and band released their highly anticipated debut album entitled ‘Blah Blah Blah’, packed with grooves in the ‘high energy freak-out’ category that’ll make you want to jump, angelic jazz harmonies that’ll make you think you’re flying and playful lyrics that’ll bring you right back down to earth. The album shot right up to lucky #13 on iTunes’ “Most Downloaded” category the very same day. Eric’s journey began 5 years ago when he moved from his Norwegian hometown, too small to even mention, to the city of London where he quickly found a home and eventually a band in the indie rock mecca that is Camden Town. Since then, they have packed out countless venues in London, toured a great deal of Europe and done a 3 week tour in the USA which resulted in their single ‘I’ve Been Bad’, recorded in the legendary Sun Studios in Memphis. Out on their musical adventures, they’ve shared the stage with artists such as Ed Sheeran, Kyla La Grange and Django Django. Determined to keep on spreading their joyful tunes, Eric and band have enjoyed a hectic autumn schedule with gigs all over the UK and Europe. One of the many highlights being their album launch party where the 10-piece band of gypsies performed in one of London’s hottest live venues completely packed out. So what’s an Eric Ness show like? The London Word puts it this way: "...and then like a musical messiah, Eric Ness and his band appeared on stage and turned the flavourless atmosphere on its head with an injection of raw, unadulterated fun." *********************************** _Website not available.
