Frank Sinutre is an electronic project born in october 2011 in Mantova (Italy) that uses home made electronic instruments and traditional instruments (guitars, bass, vocal, vocoder). They play homemade electronic instruments such as Reactabox (a midi controller inspired by the famous Reactable™: it consists of a cube of light that works with an infrared webcam which works by reading images on little cubes and discs controllers that are placed and moved on the reactabox screen) and Drummabox (an acoustic drum machine based on Arduino). These instruments have been developed and realized in our Studio based in Mantova. They also use in live show wood light pad linked to the instruments that emphasize colour white. In March 2012 they realized a soundtrack for the theatre play “La Colpa della Leonessa” written by Alessia Colognesi and directed by Anna Volpi. Such play was performed in the “Festival Internacional de Teatro Social de Valencia” in Spain. In May 2012 the soundtrack became their first album, released in free-download by Vittek Records. From these live show was born a collaboration with the Italian videomaker Giovanni Tutti, that culminated with the realization of the clip “Someone’s Dub”, a stop-motion videoclip realized with Lego and plasticine, “Oye Como Va” and many others. _Website not available.
