A personal trainer dares to take the step into entrepreneurship and presents his sports and nutritional services to a broad public. Right from the start it is clear: In order to survive in a tough competitive environment, extraordinary ways are necessary. The potential audience comes from a very narrow local area. The competition seems to offer more or less the same services. Direct competitors are classic fitness studios with a high market penetration.
Together with our client, we develop a unique brand message on which we base a precise communication strategy. In order to distinguish our client even better from the competition, we create our own market segment with it’s own job description: FitCoach. In combination with the clients first name, this creates the basis for the further logo development, the following corporate design, the new website and further social media and marketing activities. Another important communication component: We give the logo a real face and create a claim that clearly defines the corporate goal.
A fresh and self-ironic appearance and a wealth of tools and measures swiftly makes the start-up well-known. Due to a lack of budget, we focus on guerrilla marketing strategies aimed at direct dialogue with the audience: Feel good hormone gifts, which the owner distributes at every turn. Personal fitness passes, postcards for trendy pubs, direct mail messages, an eye-catching company car, mailing tools for event organizers, companies and their employees, and, and, and. They all invite people to make direct contact by mobile phone or visit the website, which becomes the mouthpiece of the young company and also serves the social media.
