Whether it’s Pop/Rock, Funk/RnB,Singer-Songwrit music, or any other closely related music Niklas is always prepared to play for the song and to make it feel great. He has been playing drums since 1998. Hi’s mother demanded that he also took some lessons if she was gonna buy him a drumkit. Said and done, Niklas started to take lessons at the local music school. From there he did what most kids do in their teens. He played in a couple of different bands, but it wasn’t until 2006 things started to happen. After years of playing in different bands that rarely left the rehearsal space. The passion for the instrument had lead Niklas into doing a lot of practicing and self-studies in the art of drumming. In 2006 it was time to take the next step. So Niklas enrolled a 2 year program in musical performance at Skinnskattebergs Folk High School (the school later changed its name to Bergslagens Folks High School). It was during this time that he decided to pursue a career in music. Having spent a lot of time playing in different bands both in class and after class, and also spending a lot of time in the schools studio. If you couldn’t find Niklas in the tracking room laying down drums for any of the many projects he was a part of. You could be sure to either find him in the control room or in the practice room. After finnishing his studies at Skinnskattebergs/Bergslagens Folk High School he continued to study music for a couple of years at different universiteys in Sweden. Along side that he begun to work as a session drummer on the side. With all the knowledge he gained from all the time in the studio and gained along the way Niklas set up his own recording studio to be able to help people with drums remotely.
