He mainly composes for TV, theatre, advertising and big screen productions. His compositions explore a wide array of musical styles, ranging from electronic, rock, dub to pop, world, ambient, orchestral and Middle Eastern. Oguz is the producer of several ethnic-electronic albums such as Istanbul Calling and Techno Roman Project; he has arranged several tracks for international artists including Valderrama (Spain), Alkistis Protopsalti (Greece), Suzy (Israel) and Encarna Salazar (ex-member of Azucar Moreno). He was a member and producer of Turkish electro-rock bands Zi Punt and Rebel Moves. Oguz has written music for advertising for CP+B (London), Wieden+Kennedy (Amsterdam), Ogilvy & Mather, Leo Burnett, DDB, BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi, Thompson, MullenLowe, McCann Erickson and many boutique agencies and film production companies (Istanbul). He has scored for Turkish box office hits as well as Turkey’s first animation film “Bad Cat”. He has also composed corporate theme music for Turkish national TV channels. In the United States, his music is being used in TV shows including A&E’s Emmy-nominated, “Wahlburgers”, “Donnie Loves Jenny”, “Nightwatch”, “Lock Up”, “Sexy Beasts”, “According To Alex”, “Killer Kids”, “Young Marvels”, “Big Brew Theory” and “Bizarre Foods”. Oguz has a masters’ certificate in "Orchestration for Film and TV" from Berklee College of Music.
