Biography I was born in Valencia in 1979. My first contact with music was a little bit different from most of my fellows as I began playing bass guitar and singing in a Black/Death Metal band. When I was 20, while studying a Master Degree in architecture, I decided to enter the conservatory and study classical guitar. I had fun composing just by ear but little by little this lead into something more serious and academic in some way, so after finishing architecture and guitar studies I decided to study a Bachelor Degree in composition at ESMUC (Barcelona). There I discovered, among many other things, electroacoustic music thanks to my teacher Christophe Havel, which opened a new and exciting path for me that let me link -as I had not been able since then- my origins as a Metal musician with those more "sophisticated". Anyway, I like making something different in every new piece of music so I´m in some way quite chamaleon-like. Besides concert hall music I also compose for audiovisual projects and arrange any kind of music for any kind of group/band. I am also performer and improviser in the flute and electronics duet "A Noisy Catalogue" and technical producer in the ensemble CrossingLines.
