uniE621 Pivoting From COVID-19 to General Health Testing
    # Goodbody Clinic Goodbody Clinic approached us to transform their online presence, transitioning from COVID testing to offering a broader range of general health blood tests. Our focus included enhancing the user experience and introducing e-commerce functionality for at-home test kit orders. Additionally, we aimed to optimize the conversion rate for in-clinic appointments, ensuring a seamless process for users requiring a trained phlebotomist's services. ## The opportunity This project provided an opportunity to redefine Goodbody Clinic's online strategy post-COVID, expanding their services to a wider audience. The challenge lay in creating an intuitive e-commerce platform for at-home test kits while refining the user journey for those seeking in-clinic blood draws. ## What we did We focussed on UX and UI design, crafting a dark mode identity for the site and developing various way finding tools for easy navigation. We designed 70 mobile and desktop views, including streamlined booking and checkout flows. The focus was on creating a cohesive classification system for products, ensuring a seamless transition for users from COVID-specific services to a broader spectrum of general health solutions. ## The outcome The redesigned Goodbody Clinic website now boasts an elegant dark mode identity, making it more appealing and user-friendly. The introduction of e-commerce functionality has empowered users to order home test kits conveniently. The optimized booking and checkout flows have resulted in an improved conversion rate for in-clinic appointments, enhancing the overall user experience. uniE621 Pioneering Home Installations for a Greener Tomorrow
    # Padly Embarking on a new journey, Padly, an innovative home installations company focused on enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability in UK homes, sought our expertise from concept to creation. From shaping brand strategy to developing a captivating identity and a seamless Webflow web presence, we were tasked with turning a vision into a reality. ## The opportunity Padly's mission was clear: to make homes more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. In a day-long discovery session, we crafted the company's ethos, mission, vision, and unique selling proposition. The "info to eco" approach emerged, guiding consumers through complex products and empowering them to make informed decisions for a harmonious home. Initially focusing on boiler installations, Padly aimed to expand rapidly into other green solutions. ## What we did The journey began with presenting three distinctive stylescapes, shaping the visual direction of the brand. With a chosen design direction, we crafted a clean, bright, and serene identity for Padly's online presence. Immediate immersion into Webflow allowed us to build multi-step lead generation form landing pages and a dynamic blog area, pivotal for disseminating crucial information to consumers. The focus on simplicity and ease of launch centered around boiler installations, laying the groundwork for future expansion into solar, battery storage, and glazing solutions. ## The outcome Padly's brand now exudes a fresh and harmonious energy, reflecting the company's commitment to eco-friendly home solutions. The Webflow-built platform seamlessly integrates a multi-step lead generation form and an informative blog, supporting organic and PPC-driven traffic. Padly's identity and online presence are not just about installations; they're a testament to simplifying complex concepts and guiding consumers toward a greener, more sustainable lifestyle. Since launch Padly now has a steady stream of boiler installation leads and has begun taking bookings at a higher than expected rate for 12 months post launch. uniE621 Optimizing Mobile UX for Collective Continuum
    # Collective Continuum In collaboration with Shoreditch design studio, we undertook the challenge of enhancing Collective Continuum's website's mobile responsiveness. Despite seamless desktop functionality, mobile users faced choppiness in lottie animations and a subpar scrolling experience. ## The opportunity The project presented a chance to elevate Collective Continuum's online presence. The identified problem lay in the mobile user experience, impacting user engagement. Addressing this challenge meant not just fixing a technical glitch but redefining how users interacted with the brand on mobile devices. We kept the narrative that the scrolling animation told as in tact as possible while also making it easy for user to navigate the page and surface key information. ## What we did Our journey involved navigating through several attempted solutions. We explored GSAP scrollTrigger and lenis code solutions, experimented with lottie chunks, smooth scrolling, canvas rendering, CSS scroll snapping, and even delved into Intersection observers. The breakthrough came with the implementation of the scrollify scroll snapping library, coupled with strategically placed sticky buttons for smooth navigation. ## The outcome Our tailored solution using the scrollify library, combined with lottie chunks and sticky buttons, transformed the mobile user experience for Collective Continuum. By overcoming the challenges of animation rendering on mobile, we achieved a flawless scrolling experience. The website now boasts not only improved functionality but a user-friendly interface that aligns seamlessly with Collective Continuum's brand identity. This case study showcases our commitment to finding innovative solutions, we managed to meet a tight deadline, enabling the client could carry out a planned launch of the site to it's community. #webdesigner #webdevelopment #webflow
    uniE621 Designing Growth
    # Growth HQ When Growth HQ, an affiliate marketing agency, found themselves in a bind with a less-than-optimal WordPress developer, they turned to us for a website revival. Transitioning to Webflow, we not only salvaged the site but also infused it with a fresh look and feel. Drawing inspiration from their existing logo, we crafted a comprehensive style guide and introduced a bespoke illustration set, providing a credible foundation for their online growth. ## The opportunity The challenge was clear - transform a struggling web presence into a credible platform that aligns with Growth HQ's vision for business expansion. By moving away from past issues and embracing Webflow, we set out to enhance the site's aesthetics and functionality. ## What we did Our first step was the seamless migration of the website to Webflow, setting the stage for a comprehensive redesign. Using colors from their existing logo, we developed a cohesive style guide that laid the foundation for the site's visual identity. Complementing this, we introduced a bespoke illustration set, adding a unique touch to their brand colors. Subsequently, we expanded the site's capabilities, integrating blog functionality, team profiles, case studies, and pricing tables. ## The outcome Growth HQ's website underwent a remarkable transformation, evolving from a troubled WordPress site to a sleek and credible Webflow-powered platform. The harmonious blend of colors, illustrations, and enhanced functionalities created a compelling online presence. The addition of blog content, team profiles, case studies, and pricing tables enriched the user experience, showcasing Growth HQ's expertise and fostering business growth. uniE621 Unleashing Distinctive Brand Assets to Assist User Experience
    # Go Assist An on-demand home services provider, sought our expertise to overcome brand identity challenges hindering conversion rates and customer recall. While they offered a range of services, the lack of distinct brand assets impacted online performance, customer satisfaction, and hindered both PPC and Out-of-Home advertising efforts. ## The opportunity Our mission was to infuse creativity into Go Assist's brand, crafting a memorable identity that resonated with users. By addressing the lack of distinct assets, we aimed to boost online conversions, enhance customer recall, and open avenues for effective advertising. ## What we did Our approach involved the creation of a robust set of distinctive assets, including various logo marks, badges for unique selling points (USPs), service roundels, brand patterns, and engaging brand mascots. These mascots, such as "Gus Go Assist" and "Betty Boilers," were illustrated in a 1930s rubberhose style, adding a touch of nostalgia while maintaining a modern feel. This comprehensive brand overhaul extended to UX design and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) practices, doubling the average weekly conversion of new users to online bookings. ## The outcome The introduction of vibrant brand assets, coupled with a refined UX and CRO strategy, revolutionised Go Assist's online presence. Customers now have memorable mascots to associate with each service, enhancing brand recall. The incorporation of these assets into PPC landing pages further optimised the online booking process, resulting in a significant increase in conversion rates. The extended use of Wized for form flows allowed us to iterate and test variations seamlessly, ensuring optimal user interactions while efficiently managing CRM integration and service request processes. This case study exemplifies our ability to not only reimagine brand identities but also enhance user experiences and drive tangible results in online conversion rates. ## Testimonial > "I've worked with Theory Four for 3 years now and would highly recommend them for effective and strategic branding and UX design. As well as bringing business-directed visions to life, they've also helped us by spotting numerous opportunities for improved conversion over the years." uniE621 Choose Wisely Brand, Web & UX design
BRIEF Choose Wisely are the UK’s largest sub-prime finance credit brokerage. They wanted to shift their drab and lifeless appearance to something younger, more vibrant and energetic. They wanted to start a credit revolution. APPROACH We spent time focusing on Choose Wisely’s brand script. We really got to grips with the story they wanted to tell. This resulted in the brand standpoint ‘Money for the Many’. It was then realised through powerful neon gradients and angular shapes. We offset this against the more rounded, friendly logotype and icon combination mark. RESULTS Post-launch email marketing consent opt-in increased by over 150% and revenue through the sites main commercial journey doubled. #branding #logo #graphicdesigner #webdesigner #designer
