Dylan’s Top 5 Projects

Dylan here, from the marketing side of Clowdy, deciding to have a review of my favourite 5 Clowds so far. I saved myself and others the hassle of putting them in an order because I wouldn’t want to give Clowd 5 any discredit.

Project 1: “Ben and Jackie” by Jason Wingard-Hasford

This Comedy short has that northern touch of awkwardness and discomfort! For those fans of true British humour, look no further. Only negative is that it is just three minutes long. I want more!

Project 2: “Love it” by The Big V

What can I say about The Big V in short? Having them on Clowdy is a huge compliment? Well I could say that their catchy, stomping psychedelia has me wanting more and more!

Project 3: “Caminandes: Llama Drama” by Pablo Vazquez

An animated short highlighting the troubles of crossing the road that Llamas all across South America face everyday. Fantastic artwork, great soundtrack and hilarious concept.

Project 4: “The Daffodil” by Timothy Mollen

This short film of a reminiscing soldier is an absolute masterpiece. The stunning cinematography shot on a Sony FS-100 perfectly accompanies a delicate and beautiful composition and tale without words.

Project 5: “Autumn in Styal” by Tom Majerski

I thought I’d finish up here with an image and by far my favorite photographer on Clowdy has to be Tom Majerski. He has a large collection of great photography, film and music which really shows what Clowdy is all about. Keep it coming Tom!

Dylan has now been involved with Clowdy for over a year as an integral part of the creative and marketing team. In his spare time he gives the rest of the office an intense inferiority complex by being a jazz pianist, mathematically proven to be the coolest possible hobby.
