Academic: I have a PhD in English Literature from the University of Warwick, along with a BA(Hons) (First Class) in English and Media Studies and an MA (Distinction) in English Literature. I specialise in modern and contemporary Anglophone literature, with an emphasis on marginality, transgression and experimental writing. I currently lecture at the Open University and have worked previously at Warwick and St Andrews.

Musician: I've been a working musician all my adult life, largely as a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist. I'm also experienced in audio editing.
Technology: I am highly computer-literate, with experience in many of the core software packages currently in use. I am in the final year of a degree in computer science.
