Empieza su carrera en el año de 1997, en la cuidad de Cali, Colombia. Y desde sus inicios ha demostrado gran talento y afinidad con el publico.
Ya desde el año 2000 empieza a tocar sus sets en diferentes emisoras y clubes de su ciudad natal. Pasando por varios sitios reconocidos en esta ciudad (Mistyk, La House, La Cantera, Subliminal, etc).Ya en el año 2001 se radica en la ciudad de Bogota en donde es reconocido desde el principio por su talento y energia en sus sets.
En Bogota despega su carrera y es Dj Residente en varios clubes y Discos de la Capital (Gotica, Alma, La Sala, Kubiko, Anonymous, Etc). Regresa a Cali y es Dj Residente En El Mitico PODUIM CLUB por mas 2 años. Ha compartido escenario con los mas importantes Djs Nacionales (Alexa, Fuad, Nico Rocha, Charlie Illera, Tuso, Andres Power (Outcode), Mao Molano, Ortzy, Canedo, Passh, Spin, entre otros).
Y con Djs Internacionales como Mauro Picotto, Antoine Clamaran, Joy Kitikonti, Donald Gluade, Dave Seaman, Matthias Tanzmann, Ministry Of Sound Djs, HeadKandy Djs, Sydney Blue, Pirupa, COYU, Ramon Tapia,Fabian Argomedo, Daniel Sanchez , entre otros). Actualmente es Dj Residente de Radio Berlin, y Mini Lounge Bogota.
Generos: Deep House y TechHouse, Minimal.

2007 para Mauro Diaz fue el año en el que empieza experimentando como productor de DJ ACADEMY, en Bogota, un gran ascenso en la producción sacando varios Temas con los Sellos Glow Music Records, Uranobeat Records, Shamanika Records, DNW Records, Techroom Records y en la familia WHA! Records que estan actualmente en Beatport.
