I'm a composer/producer who specialises in creating orchestral and electronic music to elevate the visual arts. With extensive experience scoring for theatre, I bring intricate soundscapes and perfect synchronisation of sound to action to the film and media arena.
From lions racing across the plains to monkeys building an asylum, the murder of a child to the breaking point of a father's heart, epic fights and chases to a game of Russian Roulette, pirate adventures to jazz clubs, eighteenth century balls and charleston dancers... I make music to amplify the emotion behind stories and action.
I have over twenty year's experience creating immersive music. I have scored thirty-nine plays with a repertoire covering a wealth of human experience and myriad atmospheres and emotions. I specialise in perfecting the timing of soundscapes to spoken word and action which enables directors to raise their productions to new levels, be that in the physical or digital space.
With hybrid compositions lying both within and outside the traditional structures of classical music, I fuse inspiration from literature and movies, threading traditional orchestral and modern electronic themes with tribal rhythms, choirs and folk instruments.
When theatres closed in the pandemic, I turned more to music for media and have been successful in gaining a Telly award and several film festival accolades.
I am working with internationally renowned conductor Eduardo Portal to premier one of my orchestral overtures, "Tartuffe" this year. I am also producing a podcast, my own musical take on one of Shakespeare's classics.

Currently, I compose to briefs/bespoke requests for major media publishers, labels & libraries for a variety of platforms globally.
I use industry grade plugin libraries (with a plethora of original sound design techniques) and collaborate with a great team of instrumentalists and other writers, when required.
I am always reliable with deadlines, familiar with a variety of deliverables (stems, stings, B-mixes etc) and administer high quality audio.…My work consists of composition & production work as well as instrumental sessioning, in a variety of genres.

MissMaze, are a new Alternative rock, Progressive rock band based in Guildford, characterised by their heavy guitar riffs, rich and melodic vocals and transgressive lyrics, rocking out over a powerful back line of Bass and Drums. Hungarian-born Front man, lead singer/guitarist Csongor Debreczy, Bass player, Áron Boateng and drummer James Storey set up the trio over a year ago inspired by band legends, Nirvana, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Radiohead, and Led Zeppelin.
MissMaze uses these influences as the backbone to creating their own, very distinct style of music. Csongor Debreczy began writing the band's songs whilst performing a variety of music styles in venues throughout Europe, before arriving in England and connecting with the other band members through The Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM) in Guildford.
