NIR 300 (Sergey Ptitzyn) - musician,sound engineer.In the early 90s was one of the originators of Jump Up,Drum n Bass culture,was known as DJ ZARINE (project exists to this day as PTITZYN aka ZARINE). NIR 300 - one of the projects of this musician.Originally conceived as a Live Breakbeat Project with live musicians from various rock bands...But the fascination with the modern trends in House music,but slightly changed orientation but did not sidetracked...And now we have what we have :))).
