Gabrielle is a Children’s picture book illustrator, Character design & Vector goddess
Gabrielle has designed her first children’s picture book called this book is for children aged 2-5 years old. It has big text and some words are bold, the illustrations inside are big and oh so colourful for a child to enjoy by themselves or with a parent.
What Inspires Me?
Gabrielle is inspired by rainbow, magical, nature related, animals, bugs and kawaii.
My Skills:
Gabrielle has gained experience and skills using Lino, screen print, riso printing, dark room, large scale drawings and has 4 years digital knowledge in adobe illustrator, Indesign and photoshop.
What Collectives Am I Part Of?
Gabrielle is part of two collectives one is called colour_collective where a bunch of illustrators including Gabrielle Lilly, Katy Halford all come together and post artwork on Fridays on twitter at 7.30pm GMT.
What I Study:
Gabrielle is currently in her final year of illustration at university.
She will be studying illustrating children’s books as of July 1st 2019.
