Hi there, my name is Johnny Dietsch! I've been DJing since 2018 and producing electronic dance music since 2020. I started off with a melodic bass project called EMERALD GATES. I collaborated with talented vocalists and producers like Meggie York, Emma Grace, Bad Proxy, and RENN. I then shifted into two different projects. EMERALD GATES was a rebirth of ELYS!AN, drawing inspiration from my childhood memories. My ability to skillfully blend different musical styles results in energetic compositions with uplifting elements, reflecting my values of creative freedom, authenticity, and maintaining creative integrity. Simultaneously, I started DEESH, emphasizing tech and future house, crafting feel-good music. I've surpassed over 250,000 total streams on SoundCloud, gained support from DJs like Diplo, PAJANE, Friendly Fire, and R3WIRE, played at venues like Time Night Club and Exchange LA, and opened for artists like Laidback Luke and JSJTR.
I've also been working full-time at Sony Music Publishing as a creative marketing coordinator in their synch division. In this role, I handle clearing our writer shares in an effective and efficient time period.
