Britlin Lee Furst is a fresh composer, synth programmer and vocalist for film, television and games. Britlin is an active member of the Alliance for Women Film Composers, and is also a music content creator for the prestigious virtual instrument company, Spitfire Audio. At the age of 17, in Britlin’s hometown of New York, her voice was noticed by Grammy-award winning choral composer, Eric Whitacre, who then became inspired to create the first "Virtual Choir" (as seen on YouTube and TedTalks https://www.ted.com/talks/eric_whitacre_a_virtual_choir_2_000_voices_strong).
At Queens College, she hosted the first ever women’s composer concert after realizing that no such thing had existed before. Britlin continues to study under mentor and songwriting legend, Thomas Bähler, who heard her music and began a friendship that is now over a decade long. Britlin got happily married in 2018 to the love of her life, Nathan Furst. The Fursts live happily together in the woody California mountains with a yorkie-poo-jack rescue named Abigail (“Abby”), writing music and making movies.

Originally from the sunny island of Singapore, Carina draws her inspiration from the illustrations of her childhood. From children’s storybooks to colourful animations, she yearns to understand how music can portray different characters and moods, especially in the face of adventure. Her journey began at the piano, where she learned the importance of not only reading notes, but listening to them as well. From there, she explored various bands and ensembles, picking up the flute, which fuelled her love for orchestration.
At 19, Carina took an internship at a post production studio, Mocha Chai Laboratories, in order to better herself to be skilled in working with films. At 21, she entered the California Institute of the Arts, majoring in Composition and Experimental Sound Practices, with a full scholarship from the Infocomm-Media Development Authority of Singapore. I am using an iRig HD , and their (mostly free) software on an iPad air. I'm amazed at the technology and grateful to be able to share my music & art. I'm interested in collaborating with other artists, especially percussion or voice over my tracks. I am also interested in collaborating with Indie film producers who may have an interest in my tracks.
