Lava Larry and his family moved all around the country and took up residence from Texas to Arizona, as well as California. He settled in Indiana, along with his mother after the pair moved in with Lava's grandfather. Listening to rap The first three rappers that got him into the genre of hip hop were Run DMC, Beastie Boys and NWA, with this platform Lava start gaining severe interest in the genre. After being approached by a close friend who was also a MMA fighter at the time who needed help on finding a intro song, "This would be the starting career of Lava Larry". After co writing and recording the song "Fight Night" which made buz in the MMA community. With Lava's visual lyrics and poetic delivery makes the demand for more songs. Lava began working on the self titled mixtape "Coming Home" witch features insite on life and thoughts of Lava Larry.
