The series follows Astou, a curious and energetic young girl, as she learns important lessons about nutrition, hygiene, physical activity, and emotional wellbeing.

    As Creative Director, I guided the art direction, character development, and storytelling, ensuring the content remained engaging, relatable, and culturally authentic. The project is entirely produced in Unreal Engine, which allows for real-time rendering, high-quality visuals, and faster iteration cycles suited for serialized content.

    This project reflects my expertise in combining educational storytelling, children’s animation, and real-time production workflows to deliver accessible and impactful content for young audiences.

    paper Amma: Chronicles of Lost Stars

    Amma: Chronicles of Lost Stars is a 3D action-adventure game inspired by the Dogon cosmology of West Africa.
    As the project leader, creative Director and technical Artist, I’ve been leading the project from its early concept stage through to a playable demo, focusing on both the narrative vision and the technical execution.

    Le mystère de Waza is a Cameroonian animated feature film produced by Cledley Production. I contributed as an Animator Consultant, focusing on action choreography and fight scene animation. My role included designing and animating combat sequences that creatively combined characters from Afro Warriors: Battle for Power with the film’s universe, a unique crossover that brought together two distinct IPs in a seamless and dynamic way.

    Arthur & Ndiki: Voyage Through Time is an animated kids’ series in development that blends adventure, education, and Afro-futurist themes. The story follows two young friends who travel through time, discovering great figures of Africa and live key moments of African history and culture while learning universal values of courage, friendship, and curiosity.

    As Creative Director, I oversee the project’s artistic vision, from character and world design to narrative structure. My role includes guiding the 3D animation pipeline, developing storyboards, and ensuring the tone remains fun, educational, and accessible for young audiences. The project is entirely produced using the Unreal Engine pipeline, allowing for high-quality real-time rendering and efficient iteration.

    This project highlights my ability to combine children’s storytelling, animation direction, and cultural authenticity, while leveraging cutting-edge technology to design content that appeals to both local and international platforms.

    paper Afro Warriors: Battle for Power (Mobile PoC)

    Afro Warriors: Battle for Power is a fast-paced 3D fighting game inspired by African mythology, culture, and folklore. As Creative Director and Technical Artist, I led the development of the project from concept to prototype, overseeing character design, combat mechanics, animation, and overall art direction.

    The game features a diverse cast of playable fighters based on legendary African deities and spirits, each with unique abilities and visual identities. My work included building stylised 3D characters, designing environments, integrating animations into Unity Engine, and ensuring smooth gameplay performance.

    The project showcases my ability to combine narrative world-building with polished technical execution, from creating expressive combat animations to implementing visual effects and UI elements, while coordinating a multidisciplinary team to deliver a cohesive and engaging player experience.
