Job Description

We are seeking a talented Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer to join our post-production team. This role is based at IQRA TV’s East London studio and involves editing and creating motion graphics for both TV broadcasts and digital platforms. You will help shape the visual tone of programming, craft polished edits, dynamic graphics, and social-first content that engages diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and assemble high-quality video content for TV, online programmes, and social media.
  • Integrate visual effects, graphics, transitions, and audio to enhance content.
  • Create broadcast motion graphics: titles, lower thirds, intros, and outros.
  • Adapt content across multiple formats and durations (horizontal, vertical, square).
  • Produce platform-optimised content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and Vimeo.
  • Maintain organised project files and follow production workflows.
  • Deliver final assets on time and to required specifications.
  • Maintain professionalism with clients, crew, and the public, upholding confidentiality.
  • Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing production demands.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in video editing and motion graphics design.
  • Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating editing and motion design abilities.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Experience with short-form, social-first content and mobile-optimised formats.
  • Familiarity with YouTube Studio, X, Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and content analytics.
  • Experience using AI-based creative tools (Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Pika, D-ID).
  • Broadcast or live-production experience is an advantage.
  • Basic colour grading, audio syncing, and rendering skills.
  • Fluency in English required; Urdu skills preferred.
