Freelance Midweight Motion Designer

£280 - £320 / day (Outside IR35)

3-4 months initial contract

Hybrid Leeds (1 day / week onsite)

Our client is looking for a talented Freelance Middleweight Motion Designer to join their Brand & Creative Studio and work 1 day a week onsite with the team in Leeds. You’ll be working on leading iGaming brands in Sports Betting, Poker, and Casino games, so you should love working in the entertainment sector and creating bold, original motion work for digital, social, campaign, and broadcast.

Requirements

What you’ll do:

• Create high quality motion graphics
• Bring concepts to life across digital, social, product, and campaigns
• Collaborate with creatives, editors, and 3D artists to deliver cohesive, standout content
• Explore new animation styles, techniques, and AI-assisted workflows
• Contribute ideas from concept through to delivery, raising creative standards across the studio

What you’ll bring:

• Several years of experience in motion design (agency or in-house) with a strong showreel
• Deep knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Excellent animation fundamentals, composition, and visual storytelling
• A passion for innovation, experimentation, and creativity
• Great communication, organisation, and a collaborative mindset
