Hi, I’m Jake Cimperman — a creative producer and storyteller with a passion for building content that moves people. Over the past decade, I’ve led content strategy for major sports brands like MLB and Bleacher Report, produced the first-ever live multi-cam broadcast for PBS, and directed documentary projects that have screened at festivals and sparked new brand ventures.
My work spans everything from launching global campaigns with league partners to capturing behind-the-scenes stories at All-Star Games and music festivals. Most recently, I’ve been developing Pro Beach Hockey, a feature documentary executive produced by Jeanie Buss, alongside a revival of the cult roller hockey brand as a live event and media property.
I love collaborating with teams who care about craft, culture, and making meaningful work — whether that’s a scrappy indie doc crew or a large-scale live production team. My goal is always the same: tell stories that make people care.
