I am a Scottish artist and designer who trained at The Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design . I graduated with a BA Hons in Painting and drawing. I love textiles and feel I have found that I can really express my ideas with them. I love to paint and create abstract landscapes and florals with oils and watercolours. Watercolour’s being my preferred medium. I am always making something from these textiles , Make up bags, clutches and home wear. I want my products and art to make people feel good, hoping that it adds a richness to their world by adding a splash of colour and nature into there home and life. To be surrounded by patterns, art and colour it is a joy I never tire off. My work is colourful and loose and I am inspired by nature, flowers and the landscapes I am surrounded by in Scotland. I find it really satisfying to make patterns/ fabrics/Illustrations and see them turned into physical prints and products.
