ABOUT MY WORK I do design work with a heavy illustration component, editorial and licensing illustration, children's books art, cartooning and storyboarding (feel free to ask for samples if you're interested). I also keep some personal practices of artistic creation: large format mixed media painting and ink drawing. ABOUT MY STYLE My style is childish yet very expressive, full of gesture. The face and its features is one of the most remarkable attributes of my work: it is a vehicle to transmit ideas, feelings, thoughts, emotions. Some other attributes would be the well defined shapes, a bold use of color, a careful layout composition, a nostalgic appeal. HOW I WORK My approach to graphic creation is fearless but well observed. I believe each project is unique, both in terms of its singularity as a challenge and its demands as a commitment. In other words, every project is its own story, and the graphics associated to it are nothing but the translation of the ideas that define it; a translation into a visual language that must be inviting and, at its best, captivating to the viewer.
