I'm a music producer and DJ, who specialises in hip-hop music but with a varied taste in many other genres such as r&b, funk, soul & jazz. I've been working in music full-time for a year now, I quit my last customer service job in the summer of 2018. Most of my income is now from DJing at bars, hip-hop events and festivals and also nightclubs. But another highlight would be the music production workshops that I've given in several schools in my area, where I've taught basic beat-making and DJing concepts. I currently live in Portugal, which is where I grew up as child. However, my teenage years were spent in Andorra, studying in a French school, which means I became a polyglot in my youth, something that I've carried to the present day. In 2016, I got my Bachelor of Arts degree at Southampton Solent University in the United Kingdom, where I studied Popular Music Production. During my time there, I worked with bands in both live and studio environments, and learned the many different facets of music production, from songwriting techniques, to recording & mixing, to the business of the music industry. I also created my own weekly radio show at the student's union radio station, and ran it as a DJ/host during a whole year. Other than music, I've had part-time and full-time jobs in restaurants, call centres, shops, and most importantly I was a Student Ambassador during my 4 years at Solent University, which was by far the most compelling and interesting work experience in which I learned and improved on a lot of skills. Amongst them: empathy, public speaking and team leadership. Professionalism is something I take very seriously, despite being an Artist fighting for the freedom of humankind.
