In need of a quality 2D animator for short cartoon intro style animation

I am seeking the expertise of a quality 2D animator who can produce a 2 1/2 to 3 minute 1980’s style cartoon intro set to music (I already have the music file).

No lip-syncing or sound effects will be needed. However there are certain actions that should take place on screen at specific points in the music. This will all be explained more thoroughly to the animator.

There will be a good deal of action taking place in the animation, and it will feature 10 to 12 different characters (though not all will be on screen together, except two or three seconds at the very end).

The character designs are very reminiscent of Masters of the Universe from the '80s. Therefore the animation should feel very much like a 1980’s cartoon intro (reference M.A.S.K., G.I. Joe, Transformers, etc. for some idea as to the action and editing).

I can provide character design images for each character, as well as a list of their powers so the animator can accurately represent them on screen.
