2D Animator (traditional, hand-drawn animation)

We need a professional 2D character animator who draws by hand to work on an 8 episode animated series.

The first episode is 5 minutes.
A short synopsis:
A young man with superpower - the magic of music, confronts the King of Battle, who is trying to seize the protogonist’s homeland.
This main character is the prototype of Dimash Kudaibergen (google it :) )
The budget is about $ 4000 per episode, depending on the level of professionalism of the candidate.
I will provide script, storyboard, character design, concept art. The backgrounds will also be prepared by our illustrators.
I’m looking specifically for a classic animator that will animate characters.
