Overview
Were looking for an individual or company to assist us with a complete website re-build WordPress. The
customer is happy with the current website design, https://www.speedster-it.com/ however, we are looking to
improve the site CMS capabilities and main navigation functionality.

1. New WordPress theme to be developed.
2. Site must improve the overall user experience. (navigation)
3. Copy https://www.amazon.com/ navigation menu functionality and layout
4. Same design, navigation layout to change (lefthand navigation/burger bar/ verticle scrolling navigation)
5. Must include all current functionality (site, cms, knowledge base, blog, subscription forms)
6. Must be configured to use: https://premium.wpmudev.org/ premium subscription
7. We must be able to easily add and configure pages, posts, menus, forms, SEO elements, and content
   ourselves
8. We must be able to manage and update the CMS/Edit Theme ourselves easily.
9. SEO elements configured to use Smart Crawl Pro.
10. Must be optimised for speed on both desktop and mobile using WMPU DEV plugins
11. Must be optimised for security using WMPU DEV plugins
12. New development must avoid plugin conflicts.
13. CMS must be configured to allow multiple user access with user activity logs.#

Security - site must use WMPUDEV defender plugin
Security - Site must run on bespoke CMS login Url not /wp-admin
Security - Cloudflare must be configured, enabelled and running
Contact us page must include Google maps of office locations

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Were looking for a developer who is experienced in the technical compliance SEO migratons
Must use SEO plugin : https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/smartcrawl-wordpress-seo/ (pro subscription)
Must follow sitemap recommendations and internal linking structure as shown in additional documentation.
Must be able to manage 301 redirects directly in plugin
Must be able to manage robots TXT directly in plugin
Configure and export current website meta data and title tags to new site CMS
Configue advance social media sharing throughout site (pages, posts, knowledge base)
Site design/Functionality must not use Iframes anywhere
We must aim to retain sites current traffic levels and aim for growth after migration to the new platform
Complete redirect mapping and testing prior to moving live
URL structure remains the same
Metadata to be imported from the original site
Structured data to be configured
Canonicals and meta robots directives to be configured
Copy & headings to be imported from the original site
Main & secondary navigation to follow new sitemap guidelines see additional documentation
Internal linking to follow new guidelines see additional documentation
XML sitemaps to be included
HTML sitemap to be included
Custom 404 pages to be set up
