Animator designer

Hello to whom it may concern,
I need someone to draw up a futuristic building that can hold 100,
3 story townhomes and not just in a straight row i want it to look modern but cool and different. Just as we don’t have any drawings and probably wont for a few years. I want that building to be on land at least 2times the size of the building full of trees, parks, and ponds.

Money will be good as long as we can work on payments as you go.

I want the video making this piece of land look amazing and stunning to the eye and great for the environment using new and special eco friendly tech.
