Wedding Save the Date Animation

My name Is Kunal Malik and I am getting married to my fiance next year. We would like to do a virtual save the date which is an animated video telling our story in brief. The video would be no longer than one minute and we would like to spend approximately $1000 or less. We have a storyboard in mind but would also like to run that by whomever we have the pleasure of working with. This is a private, personal, one time project, but would hopefully like these animations to be a theme throughout our wedding (i.e. maybe posted on the back of the invitations, etc).
