V1 are a Valorant Esports team, who will be one of 2 teams competing at The Valorant Champions Tour Reykjavik.

For V1 the brand identity is Never Done.

This is the idea that there is potential and opportunity in everything, that winning is just the beginning of something better. We’ve been told that the emotion they want to convey is the moment before a race starts, when all the runners are lined up, that feeling of anticipation and unlimited potential.

How we want to aesthetically tell that narrative is through the use of layers building up over the course of our motion. With this idea of “Never Done” we’ve agreed with the client that wireframes building up and layering up of blueprint style aesthetics works well.

So we’re going for this workshoppy blueprint vibe. The client has asked that we don’t go too cyborg/robotic with it. It still needs to feel human and about ambition/potential.

They already use grids/graph paper aesthetics, so we’re looking to expand on that. We can supply a brand guideline of sorts, as well as some PSDs they gave us of their current output.

Let’s be intricate, build up layers with details that keep the viewer engaged, while making sure our core messages for each asset are loud and clear.

Social post for end of a map, to update current score in the map

Needs export of all score variations possible, with each potential opponent

If V1 win the tournament we should do an even bolder piece to announce this. A more grand variation of Final Placing piece.
