Claymation for Documentary

I am looking to create a very special and important human rights documentary using claymation. I am looking for a stop-motion artist who knows how to realistically and respectfully create African-American characters and character of color facial features, and create various landscape scenes and weather changes that the character is inside of. As well as someone who can video edit to combine live action with claymation/stop motion.
