Seeking video editor for long term stable work, youtube channel startup

I am planning to start a video channel and would like to hire a video editor to handle all post production work for a 8 to 18 videos per month that are 5 to 10 minutes each. The production schedule will operate on a 1 month lead time. For example, 8 to 10 videos would be edited and ready during the month of august with the plan to start uploading 2 videos each week beginning during the first week of September. Thereafter, I will send the videos in batches for the editor during September for release during the month of October. There will not be rush videos needed. The entire video schedule will be planned out with the editor. All videos will be shot w/ Sony A7II in 1080p only and separate audio w/ Zoom H5 that will need to be synced in post.

I plan to work with the editor to ensure the proper work flow and file formats and timelines are agreed in advance.

Ideally the editor can handle thumbnail creation, and all video music which will be supplied via a licensed music database that I will cover the cost of.
