Performance Marketing Specialist to Greenely

Description of the role
You will be responsible for Greenelys day-to-day operations and strategy for our digital marketing channels including initiatives to drive users and customer growth from various paid channels such as Google, Facebook, Apple including all organic growth through SEO and ASO.
Manage, develop, and optimize all initiatives to drive user and customer growth through various paid channels such as Google, Facebook, and Twitter.
Develop and optimize Greenely’s organic growth plan with SEO, ASO, and landing page optimization.
Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly strategies and goals for different media channels with the goal of maximizing customer growth and user conversion while balancing LTV / CAC conditions.
Develop a rigorous data-driven experiment process in collaboration with product teams.
Optimize Greenely’s pricing to maximize conversion and LTV.
Use data analysis in the decision-making process and provide regular updates to the management team.
Identify new growth opportunities through traffic analysis, user data, user behavior, and market analysis.
Set up, measure, analyze, and report KPI’s via a BI-tool such as Tableau.
Develop quick landing pages and/or other software to continuously experiment to drive growth.
Required skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in performance marketing such as social media marketing (Facebook and Google) and other digital channels.
3+ years of experience working in “consumer” with proven results to be able to deliver growth.
Hands-on experience working with organic growth, such as SEO and ASO.
T-shaped acquisition channel skillset: you have deep experience in paid search but are knowledgeable enough in other channels to hit the ground running
Solid experience of A / B and multivariate test methods with evidence of delivering results.
Solid experience with various business intelligence software within data analysis, data visualization and mobile attribution such as Tableau, MixPanel, Looker and Appsflyer.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
It’s a bonus if you have
Experience managing automated email campaigns to increase activation, engagement, and conversion.
