Children's book project on sustainable development

Children’s Book Illustrator
Budget £110.00
Very Popular job

We are working on a children’s book with 36 drawings. Initially we’d like to do a test with the selected illustrator(s) for a couple of drawings to ensure that we have found the right person for the project.

Then we’d like to work on a quote for the whole project and a related timeline.

Bearing in mind that, however, that we already have sketches of all the drawings, which were done by the original artist (who won’t have time to complete the project with us). He will however be there to help guide the vision of the book.

But it means that you won’t need to do all the work of figuring out each scene, angles etc. That’s already done.

The project itself is a story-driven book on the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, featuring a little girl helping a monkey getting back home to his forest.

They embark on a cross-country journey where they meet all kinds of challenges, reflecting the current issues with environmental, animal and social protection.

I’m attaching some examples of the sketches we have as well as styles that we like.

Many thanks,
Dario
