15 second lofi style loop anime 2d animation

make a video loop of a panda playing piano ( busking ) at night outside a Japanese shopping street. 1. the panda is playing seated, panda design is cute size/shape similar sort of like pikachu the panda will be playing with eyes close, expression is slightly serious/ emotive 2. the piano should be like a cheap piano keyboard on a short crossed stand 3. the panda will be playing seated with headphones on whilst playing 4. there is a bucket next to the keyboard for busking donations this scene will need to consider that i will need to hire again to for an animation of people walking past this scene, kind of similar to this https://www.shutterstock.com/video/clip-1072813778-defocused-long-shot-feet-walking-past-homeless the images are attached are just two examples of stylising i like, both having mood color lighting. (obviously they are wrong angle). i like the ff093a3 image has some character the Japanese store signs, the coke machine, eftpos machine. This is open to your interpretation but i do like some character in the background that makes it really feel like a detailed experience. Because i can see you visually are great at capturing details, feelings in your art im open also to your suggestions if you feel it would make for a better overall result attached in the work done by previous freelancer who didn’t read my brief properly and whilst the design looks professional it didn’t have the vibe i asked for so i received a refund and now looking for a designer who can do quality and give me the vibe i want.
