SENIOR 2D ANIMATOR
The Grow Group is looking for a talented 2D animator to join our creative design studio working within the fast-paced blockchain technology and cryptocurrency space.

We typically work on tight turnaround times for videos, so require someone willing to run with projects as soon as they receive a project or creative brief.

Grow is the go-to production studio for blockchain startups, launchpads, and venture capital teams. Our job is to communicate the value of new crypto and blockchain projects and build a narrative around the business that encourages retail participants to get involved.

You’ll be based in our office in Mandaue with our creative team, while working alongside a close-knit, remote team of branding strategists, researchers, writers, and designers to create persuasive and influential videos for Grow and our clients.

This is a full-time position for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the Art Director and provide leadership and guidance to junior 2D animators
Produce Rigging Animation, Rough ,Key, Inbetween, Clean-ups and coloring.
Handle other tasks like storyboard, animatic and graphic design
Meet the artistic standard of the company

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent drawing skills (Gesture, Anatomy, and Expression)
Adaptive to different art styles (cartoon, realistic and anime)
Excellent foundation of design (lines, shapes, form, values, staging, space, colors and perspective)
Proficient in both digital and traditional application
Can create moodboards with Illustrator
Can work with hand drawn animation and rigged animation (knowledge in stop motion and experience working with 3d is a plus)
Experience in 2D visual effects
Willing to handle other tasks such as illustrations, storyboards, character and object designs
Ability to lead Junior Animators
Experience in after effect compositing and video editing in Premiere Pro

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2d Animation ( Toonboom Harmony and Adobe Animate)
Adobe Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Experience in 3d Softwares ( Maya, Blender, Zbrush is a plus, but not required)
