Augeo: Product Designer

Product Designer wanted to join Augeo - architects of enterprise engagement and loyalty platforms, delivering compelling experiences and fostering meaningful connections with employees, customers, members and channel partners across many industries and verticals.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in the creation of the cryptocurrency rewards platform, and will be excited for an opportunity to be an innovator. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the team to design intuitive, engaging, and highly visual desktop and mobile experiences, working in a fast-paced startup environment to deliver the best possible crypto experience.

Details:

· Hourly contract role (40 hours per week)
· Virtual collaboration - no travel required
· Must be based in the United States
· Start date: immediately
· Initial term: 3 months

Responsibilities:

· Designing engaging, highly visual, responsive web experiences from end-to-end
· Collaborating with product lead and engineering team to find elegant solutions to design challenges
· Rapidly producing and iterating concepts - knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to provide low-fi sketches and prototypes
· Utilizing best design practices to inform design decisions and strategy
· Documenting detailed UI/UX specifications to ensure accurate development
· Clearly communicating design intent and creative vision
· Ensuring design concepts meet brand standards and expectations

Requirements:

· An excellent portfolio that demonstrates strong user experience, visual and interaction design
· Proven experience designing consumer-facing web and mobile products
· Demonstrated ability to design experiences with user empathy and visual hierarchy
· Proficiency in Adobe XD and Creative Suite
· Bonus points: passion for cryptocurrency, rewards, and commerce
