Neck pain therapy illustration

I want to create illustrations for my idea of neck pain therapy.

I am the neurologist based in Germany, who has a lot of patients with pain problems, i.e. neck pain, low back pain, etc.

The key here is that the therapy actually based generally and mostly on physical exercises.

But first. But what exercises exactly?

And second. How to incentivize patients to do them (this is really needed) constantly?

Descriptions are really simple and I need only 6 illustrations for now. They should be simple and small, without heavy detail load.
