Decolonial Sci-fi Music Video
I am a school teacher pursuing music as a hobby but with dreams of pursing it more seriously in the future. I’ve produced a sci-fi rap album. This commission would be my first music video for a song called Black Box that is 160 seconds long. I’ve saved up enough to pay for professional quality work.
This project is an animated music video about a cyborg who rebels against the technocratic rulers of a future land. It criticized capitalism as well as the prison industrial complex.
It opens with robots removing a flight recorder from the dead protagonist’s chest. The story is told through what was collected in the flight recorder.
I have a rough story board that I could use help with on top of the animation.
I’d like the project to be delivered by January 2023 but the deadline is flexible.
There are so many styles that I’m drawn too. I’m open to entertaining what it could look like based on the styles in your portfolio.
