3 Animation Alpha Layers for TVC Campaign

Hi I am speaking on behalf of my company, HyperJump Productions.
We will be shooting 3 TVC for a campaign in the next month or two and will require animation to be added in to our commercials.
I will give a quick rundown of the animation needed in each video.

1. Cartoon Bird flies into frame and HI fives a man that exists in the commercial.
2. A blob comes out of some ones head and begins speaking
3. Accent effects to accentuate what is happening in the shot.
   We are open to the animation style as we would love to play into the animators strength. One thing I can say is we do not want an explainer styler animation.
