looking for a dev that knows c# to help with a small project

hello
so i am looking for someone who is good with c# to help with a future project.
This project will be for a game called total miner.
What im looking for though specifically is:
Total miner is similar to minecraft, but obviously is different; more info can be found here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/347600/Total_Miner/
However, in total miner, there is an object which represents an arcade game machine. Previously it wasnt possible to create your own games, but now that its on pc, you are able to create your own games as long as you know or understand c# to which 1 person has created their own game.

here is the files to the game…im not sure if youre able to view them without the game, but the game itself is only 2.99 if say youre interested and we proceed

basically what is my goal? my goal is to try and for the most part get a new game made. If this is something that is simple or easy to do, im def willing open to doing multiple games.

I can provide any textures we may need, and im not sure if the game supports custom sfx files or sounds for any custom games, but i can get that too…same with music
