Graphic Designer wanted to join a global business and movement on a mission to challenge the way people view self-promotion.

F*ck Being Humble has lots of different upcoming projects so they’re looking to pull together a roster of go-to brilliant designers that can help activate their brand. So far, they’ve built a strong brand presence in the industry, but would like to strengthen their visual identity across online assets and channels. They’re looking for fresh design thinking and perspectives to add some new life into the brand and help to create more distinctive pieces of content.

About the Company:

F*ck Being Humble helps individuals be unapologetically proud of their achievements, and get over the fear of self-promotion. They aim to break down the traditionally stuffy and boring world of professional development training by producing content that is funny, honest, and memorable.

They make sure their advice is easy to implement so people can reach the career goals they’ve always wanted to without cringing at themselves during the process. They deliver training to businesses including, Adidas, Unilever, ASOS, Microsoft, Google, Puma, O2, D&AD, Guardian, and many more. In 2020, they released their first book written by F*ck Being Humble founder Stef Sword-Williams, who was later named Forbes U30 and the top 100 women changing the creative industry 2 years in a row.

You’ll be working directly with the founder and author of F*ck Being Humble, Stef who worked in advertising for 7 years and has a wide range of experience launching and growing brands and marketing campaigns.

The chosen freelancer will help produce:

Digital design and assets - they’ve built up a great network of supporters on IG but they’d like to give their feed a new facelift and add more personality to social assets. They’re looking for a designer to craft a new design direction that is as compelling as their content.

Event artwork - they host workshops / talks and panels online and in person and they’d like create some new artwork to promote across socials and event hosting platforms.

Podcast artwork - they’re hoping to launch their first podcast in the next 12 months so they’ll need to design podcast artwork and marketing assets to promote the show.


  • Ideally 4+ years design experience who can take a lead on the design direction and help to strengthen a visual identity.
  • Experience in producing brand and marketing assets for commercial and creative use.
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite and will design in this software
  • Designers that want to work with a challenger brand and push the boundaries with their work
