Chilli sauce branding

I am searching for a graphic designer for my new chilli sauce brand, Adore Chillies,

The image is an early design, which we like, but we’d like to have a professional logo created.

Here are the things we like about our current logo and things we want to keep:

• The heart shape
• The words ‘Adore Chillies’
• The two L’s in “Chillies” are chilli peppers.
Our initial range will consist of three sauces. These are Peri Peri Sauce, Mango and Scotch bonnet and Hawaiian pepper water
Everything else is open to change

I’d like to know how much you would charge for:
A) A set of rough logo sketches so we can get an early idea of the direction you plan to take the logo.
B) A full rebrand with logo (SVG) and labelling files including commercial rights ready for print at 300ppi
