SYNOPSIS
A luxury apartment complex in Chicago, Illinois has all new staff due to the labor pool shortage of experienced real estate professionals. Other than the regional manager, none of the property management has any experience. A tenant who is a retired semi-truck driver is filling in for maintenance and has no clue to repair any items. In addition, the staff excepted the positions for other reasons than appear.
