Space Mates

Hello!

My name is Joseph Paglia and I’m an upcoming screenwriting graduate from the Victorian College of the Arts.

I’m currently in the midst of completing my graduate screenplay, which is an Australian animated sci-fi television series entitled Space Mates.

The series has a wacky and satirical tone, exploring a dystopian future centuries from now where Australia has become the dominant culture in the galaxy.

I am in need of a concept artist to help bring the visuals of this world to life, as well as some of it’s more important characters. This art will be used as part of a package that will be pitched to producers.

These pitches will be taking place in mid-November, so the art will need to be completed before then so it can be compiled and presented in time.

I have included links to reference material, but I envision the art style being reminiscent of Genndy Tartakovsky. That is to say 2D, harsh geometric line work, vivid colour pallet, etc.
