2D cartoon animation for tik tok /social media, celebrity parodies, audio provided. Similar to adult swim/netflix

Looking for someone who can do funny animations of celebrities, probably for tik tok etc. I will provide the voice-over (celebrity impressions) I need this as soon as possible.

I need someone to advise on which style will be both funny and economical. First project is under 3 minutes long. Budget is $50-100 per minute. Possible ongoing work.

Talent must be able to provide examples of similar work they have done. A style or look similar to Paradise PD or similar would be good.
