They are searching for someone who can create an attractive landing page for one of their services. They already have all of the text components and a rough wireframe/idea of the sections. What they don’t have yet is a design and the essential graphics and images, which they expect the developer to incorporate as well.

Your goal is essentially to construct the design, add website copy to it, and ensure that everything runs smoothly and responsively on all devices.
