Drop shipping

I am looking to start up a drop shipping business for printed media such as t-shirts and mugs etc.

I understand these days there are a lot of good integration tools API’s, Web hooks etc.

For instance:

Shopify, DPD, Etsy and painful all have good integration platforms.

In short I want to set up a website that will create custom (T-shirts, mugs etc) based on an artificially generated design based on the users description.

This can then be ordered and shipped automatically via somewhere like prankful and shipped by someone like dpd.

I’m a coder myself but I don’t enjoy web development and would like this do be done for me.

Would you be able to give me a ballpark price for this work.
